Change your IP in pb_game/configs/network.ini to like this

ClienHost=127.0.0.2

Change your IP in PointBlankPTS/config/lwsi_En.sif (with tools Client IP Editor) to
127.0.0.1

Second :
To Play PointBlank please Use tool PB-LauncherV4.exe (see first Post)
