Guys, there's a problem. When my brother comes in to the room which I created, the game stucks on his PC and also on mine PC too. Is that a server bug?

And second of all, how can I change the names of the Channel or Server's name (they're "Open Server" every name and every description)? Also, I changed the announcement which every... seconds it announces "Developed by ... bla bla" ... I deleted it and I added new other announcements but it stills announces this sht. I changed it from data > announcement.xml ...
