This client can be translated by anyone. The file with the translation is located in the folder - \Script\String\Brazil\.txt files
we changed the location, now the translation is just in the texts, not in the file String.i3pack

Go to Windows defender firewall on your control panel's pc and disable firewall and try

Launcher is necessary only if another player want to update somethings but if you play in localhost it's not necessary and you can play using "launcher.bat"

or try to edit ip in pointblank.xml in your website. maybe you forget it
