Protection against attacks via chat

The server is attacked via chat with certain symbols. Departures occur. Help is needed to fix this problem, who can do it. Let's buy a fix.

To be clear, version 3.1.1, some symbols crash the client after sending them in the private chat.
As far as I understand, they don't have more information 'bout the topic.

use badwords filters, if even with the badword filter, the crash still happen, you will need to create some serverside chat filter.
