Some questions

Good day forum users.
Please help me understand the following issues:

1.Where can I look at all the existing ATRID attributes and edit accordingly. (See the screenshot)
2.What are the reasons not to display the names of the lines? I know that may be due to the OS or server files for encoding, is ubuntu i386. If, due to encoding the prompt at which it is necessary to improve the encoding.
3.I added weapon models. They normally appear in the game, but there are no effects. Paths to files with effects are indicated in the .ecm . Files with effects in gfx.pck exist.

1. configs.pck/item_ext_prop.txt
You can edit them in gs.
2. Only CentOS 4.8 and nothing else.
3. Maybe your client does not support such effects.
