same problem here.
I don´t have bittorrent or utorrent or any torrent programms.
I installed the server after I resetted up my server from 0.

still the same problem.

It connects looses connection again again and again.
firewall deactivated, configs checked.

I realy don´t know what is happening wrong there

Than try to use another database.... i took another db and it worked

The problem is rather apparent: You used the same port twice.
Check your map.cfg for both normal and arena, they must be different from one another.

After having this problem for 6 months I just changed the Ports for the ANPCServer in the anpc.cfg file.
And everything is working!
