Change Launcher?

Hello everybody again...
Someone can tell me how do i change my "AIRRIVALS LAUNCHER" to another LAUNCHER i tried to change the launcher.atm but it doesnt work? so somebody cann tell me how i works?

I got a same problem when i try to disable my HShield sever IP.
I dont know how to disable Hshield from a Launcher.atm.
When it started, it connect with itself Hshield IP server and reload it even i tried to deleted its folder.
That's why in my server, only GM or Admin can connect to. Normal user can not and got Winsock error.
Any1 here can help?
