I can remove it from Db_Account -> dbo.ti_MysteryItemDrop and will be ok but... its not sense...

s0mething wrong with your Omi.tex and your Database
You should delete it
Cauz that shit come from a random server, so their admin create their own item by there ID.

its in DB, i can create new omi.. its nop problem.. problem its in db.. maybe it was any fun items.. dont know ;)
