EP2 NpcServer Often Restart????

My npcserver often restart
How can I fix it?

My server version is windows2003

npcserver.exe read ram with 690mb,but in the windowsXP,the npcserver will be read with 780mb !!! what's that?!

Now,how can I fix this wrong in the windows2003?
