Sort out your versions across all files.
In config change reinstall version to 0.0.0.0
make sure in your config folder, version.cfg has 1.0.0.0 1.0.0.0
and change your version in your client to 1.0.0.0

Now go into global.cfg
and turn the reinstall version to 0.0.0.0

The examination error means your servers arn't connecting properly.
Have you checked your OBDC's?

I got an .. annoying problem -.- ..
All things which are necessary are working on my server.
I am Admin and blah blah blah.
NOW i want to create new accounts. Normal player accounts. No GameMasters, no Admins.
But .. after account creation is done and i try to logon it fails with the following message: "Only those who applied for the contest can enter.". After clicking Ok the client quits.
A possible but not nice solution is to create a charater for that account. In that case i could Login but the account has admin- privileges too. No matter what i do. Changing Account Type was not successful.
I tried the numbers "0" (With 0 it says that the server would not be online), "404", "130" and "1".
I hope someone could help =/..

Another "Problem" i want to fix is to synchronize the client with the server.
I have added a few things like "Combining 5 gamblecards in factory creates a super gamble" or modified a few mission text's and rewards. Well the rewards and changes are applied to the server so the rewards will be given and the factory does exactly that, what they should. But that changes are not shown in client =/ So no1 would know about the modified rewards or mission conditions or at least the modified mission texts.
I hope any1 can help .. i am filled with minds like "Nach stundenlangem Experimentieren für Nix könnte ich mal nach Hilfe schauen" (After changing multiple things for hours for nuthin i am givin up and looking for help.)

For your mission when you modify the 00000.cfg/00001.cfg/00002.cfg/00003.cfg/00004.cfg and 00005.cfg, you need to recompile thoose files in quest.tex by using zipfile.exe and using the encode key in EncodeFile.txt.
I tried to replace the recompiled quest.tex with the original one in the client directory Res-Tex but while Res-Tex Folder contains that file i am unable to start the client O.O (Flysis.atm stopped working.) =/ But thanks :) Now i know how to use the zipfile.exe ;D

EDIT: Quest- problem solved -.- .. It was my fault in the zipfile.exe. It cannot work with Encode String "EncodeString.txt" .. xD
But no1 has an idea why EVERYONE on my server is admin and the AccountType is fully ignored? (128 words and 130. But both are GM / GA Privileges -.-) ..

0 = normal player
256 = GM
