It is a big problem but i think the problem is not Res-X Editor but it's you.
PS : I said you how modify your interface by using Res-X Editor, if you can't even do it, it's not my/our problem....
PS2: None of Res-X Editor have Hex editor lol...
yeah sami, it is res-x.... it works PERFECT (if u know how to use /// what is "really hard") but its not working for him, i think he got windows 15 and windows 15 dont support editor in any kind
for myself, i only searched ("million" of years ago) how to open .tex after i found my answer i used res-x like i never used something other, its so fucking easy
The Res-X Editor is in the Mod Thread of Airrivals.net...and if you want to edit the file with an Hex editor....Google is your Friend!
use res-X editor, in my case the iinterface export his files as .bin, just change to .png or .tag,
