Can you say more than just a word combined with shop?! Something like a wordgroup also called sentence, with correct grammar and punctuation?
for myself its something like "hey, i tell you a shop name, its called "armor shop" o.O sorry Roy, but pls write it clear and in english

login to game with GM account type /? you will see all command there . /itemalluser is the one you need to send item to all user :)
