[Help] Missing NGC Outpost

Hello Guys im useing EP4 and i see the NGC Map and all the ngc maps , base , and the base war of ngc
but in the tower i only see the 3 Base's i cant see the NGC even when i move to 2007 map its not the NGC Base its seems like its bugged or something how i can add it and fix it?

When i say Use EP 4.3 or higher than i definitely meant not EP 4.2.....
