[Help] need some exchange knowledge

hi!

i need some help about how to slove my problems.

- make the sp work with the moon or rocknest map working
- make the ngc base outpost war working
- how to disabled .dat spwan event like rm-230

with clearly answer.

and this is my work for exchange with people who can help me.

i wrote the ace online database website i call it the library modules.
so what is it can do if you exchange with me?

- you can easily debug the database such as the item attribute , des param, or anything
- make the online db for your players
- safety code with php's PDO functions
- faster tsql coding for decresed query time
- make it for anything the you can be

i will give your some php functions and tsql coding with pdo connect
(but i not give the complete work like a copy. you need to make you template and put that code for make it work)
