I can guarantee it works for sure. Saw it being developed and in action. After all its not like dragon would need to sell something that doesnt work if he can make it work (and used it in his own server).
well this "software" filters out "any" bad things...
but this wont protect the preserver from the exploits which the hacker is using...and im pretty sure the hacker/s knows about this AceGuard...so he know all the exploits which are left...
or im wrong ?
it protects the preserver and if you would know dragon you would know that he knows what he´s doing. they aren´t able to use any exploit anymore.
well then u should maybe buy from Dragonlord, because when i read your Forum, u have this Problems too ;)

The exploits are in the server itself. Filtering the packets that use these exploits means you wont have problems. Cant be simpler. So either make your own filter (which i doubt you can do) or buy the filter from dragon. Or stop trying to make a server.
0 - The best option - find any friend who work or have computer in police networking and make serwer in Police Departament Network, next route your IP to this network and be cool ;))
1. Do not use Auto create account on the same machine - second machine only with filters
2. Never to user 1st account in DB as admin/Gm
3. Use router with NAT and open only ports 15100-15108
4. Use autobackup system - backup every hour. if you been hacked - you lots only 1 hour of data max
5. Always if you not need admin privileges, remake admin/GM (128, 130, 256) account to regular player (0). If you need admin, use it only for a while.
6. For best security use Checkpoint Firewall or Cisco Pix firewall with a "rabbit hole" for capture hacker and autosend to IT Police ddepartament
7. Block TOR network and 91.x.x.x IP
8. Ban users: Damek, Morp, bantengi and more... i know many pseudohackers :) - pseudo because he not use own mind - only use SQL injection scripts from hacker sites :)
I use all of them + more. 3 hackers in poland are arrested +1 from germany :)

Useless. Doesn't prevent anything, and I've yet to see proofs that people got arrested.
hmm i'm the only one that find all of that really strange? all guys use the same new bins and all got hacked, but don't worry one guy got the solution and sell it...i'm maybe too much paranoiac but i feel all that strange, personnaly, i use old server bins and modify it, and i have no hack
The program from DragonLord alias Wishmaster, that protect PreServer.exe works perfectly. He told me he wants 300 euro for it, and I told him I can pay him only with paypal, otherwise I will not make the deal with him.
He said that it's ok.
When I had the money to pay to him, he said that he doesn't want anymore the money on paypal, but on moneybookers. Reminding him that our deal was different than what he said, he told me that if I am not paying him on moneybookers, will make WAR Online to not work anymore. Which makes me to think that...he is the one that is making these things, only for making money from his program.
