Sup.. my server works great now i want run it without hamachi shit.
So i set up DynIP and pasted it in the global cfg (like in mandos tutorial) and in the bat exec. file. If people connect they get n error "Cannot connect to Preserver" ports should be open and forwarded and firewall isnt active (maybe i forgot some ports? .. tell me which i need to open)
pls help me guys :V

ok guys.. thx now it works if i enter my normal ip .. its like 84.174.*.* etc
ehm.. still "cannot connect to preserver" while using the dyndns ip

Try to make it static;) If its dynamic its keep changing and in launcher.atm and ur .exe you already puted an ext ip which sould be statical. If is not, u can't make it worldwide...
ehm ye my ip isnt static .. but doesnt it work via an dyndns ip?
i mean something like
test123.dyndns.org
(dyndns) is a service which redirects the link / text ip to my external i just have to use a tool which always refreshs my ip
so if you ping test123.dyndns.org u will always ping my computer
hm maybe it isnt possible coz the launcher needs numbers .. btw i tried the same with an WoW server (2 years ago) and it worked (with dnydns ip)
you need to forward the servers ports to your pc (in router)
I forwarded the ports yet
as i said it works with my external ip (84.174.26.35 etc)
but my external is changing all 24 hours .. i need to get it work with a dyndns ip "name.dyndns.org" :V
Listen to me. If you got router its easy to make ur IP to not change himself over a day.
(It means you are on wireless and not on cable)
iam on cable..
but i will try to change smth. in router settings
