how to conect the reg page to sql server 2011

in host put SQL_SRV name (for ex. 'MY-PC\SQLEXPRESS')
when you have Windows Server with IIS and you run this page on IIS with php then in host put 'localhost'
username and pass - try user/pass from global.cfg

i ghyve up i cant conect the reg page to mySQL i tri all u post but stil cant make this any one have a totorial i go to my slq home pahe i read stil can make this so if u have a tutorial ... question i ned to make a conexion with ODBC ?
like how i make in global. cfg like My sql_dns ????? conect with user and pass ????

First of all, It's MySQL or MsSQL ????

mssql is different than mysql....

If you want to use mssql connection them use any of posted script here will works if you got a php/apache version that can support php_mssql.dll lib.
If you didn't got this fucking version you need to use SQLServ.dll

You can leech and use xampp 1.7.3 and use the registration script from the Releases section..

Otherwise write your own for MSSQL and Mysql if you want to lol.
