I want BG, AG, IG can learn MG skills

As title said, I want BG, AG, IG can learn MG skills. How to do it?
My server version 4.3.

I think the only thing you have to do is duplicate the abilities of the mg with another id and modify a procedure so that each gear has the new abilities copied from the mg.
