what change this IP?

Check other cfg files like pre.cfg and field.cfg ( I assume that youve setted global.cfg it's correctly) if not then do it

I would highly recommend using my simplified global.cfg if you aren't already: http://forum.ragezone.com/f613/confi...g-ep4-1117581/
It's a lot easier to set up by improved structure, comments and extended usage of referencing.

It's also best not to touch server configs (field.cfg, pre.cfg, etc.) unless absolutely necessary.
