Ok the only thin i understood is: how to block that ip....
answer: block it in your firewall
change port of fieldserver (if u mean sv = server, so sv file = field server) if not, ignore this
otherwise, pay for a good IP blocker or ask someone (eyes on dragonlord or a few other) to create against money for u
No ip Blocker...only your firewall xD
Firewall close. advanced firewall rules in server port.
