Missions Bonus Stat Points

Got a Problem, when i create a Char, the Char is Level 50 and have all Mission till Mission 50.

But when this Char is then now maybe Level 70, and use a All Restat Card. He miss the Bonus Stats from the Mission for Example 20 Bonustats because Mission 50.

So how can i add the missing 20 Bonusstats automatic? I dont find the Prozedur for that, can someone give me maybe a little help, to fix this Error?

well i can add the missing 20 Bonusstat to the Mission Level 11 and it work now, but is this a good solution?
