need some help with SCAadmin tool

i have an error trying logging in with my id and pw, it says cannot connect to the preserver, what that means? and can s/o say to me how to resolve it pls?

Ok. You must edit the PreServer with a HEX program (u can try with HxD its easyer) and u must change the XoRed IP ID and PW

To do that u must use the XoR Encoder from ur admin tool

Are 2 or 3 tutorials on how to make the admin tool to work...1 tutorial is maded by me. And its working.
Just use the Search Button and find the Tutorials.
