npcserver closes sockets

hey all i have been trying every thing i could find about this problem
but when i try to run the game it wil dc after unit select and that is beouse the npc server closes the socket
how can i ceep that from hapening i am running these files

i followed every thing the gudes sayd and i am using the client the guide speeks of any idea's?
