He mean with "This is only in ep2.." that this kind of problem appears only when you got a episode 2.x server that have been upgraded with new maps and other things that server 2.x doesn't have. In your issue he mean that this happen only in episode 2.x server.

this is because you don't have in map.cfg the maps set.
and maybe u don't have them also in mapinfo tables.
