Server running without Hamachi

Hey Guys!
At first .. i used the search button i didnt find something helped me.

Now my prob:
I set up my server, all works great
now i wanna run it without hamachi
so i registered a dyn ip and paste it in config and the bat execute file -> if people try to connect "cannot connect to preserver"

If there is any tutorial to host it without hamachi on my own pc (yes firewall isnt active and yes ports a opened and forwarded in my router!) just link me ty


@add: if i use my external ip (not dynip) it says "Failed to connect to the server" .. did i forget some ports to open? ..
