    [Solved]SCmonitor error

    Ok when I change the IP and user on SCMonitor (EP3.3) the SCMonitor crash it when I save changes.

    Im going to explain

    I edit with Hex editor Neo SCMonitor, I change the IP, the user and the pass.

    When I save changes I open it but SCMonitor dont run.

    Who can help me, please.

    That happens when u change the file size. Or maybe you introduced something like
    ......... AV48V622D113S54SSSEE9........
    OR
    .........AV48V622D113S54SSSEE9 ........
    AND NEEDS to be
    .........AV48V622D113S54SSSEE9........
    Check the .bak scmonitor file size and the one that u change it.
    See if the file sizes are the same.

    It's possible the error because the code is longer than default code.

    My Hex code is that
    4B164971775D196D5E7E491A02
    but the hex code for default is that.
    4F0A4F6F7E5D187057


    And one question, what user and pass I need to put for connect to DB.
    atum or the server user

    Wtf... The ID and PW from SQL Server Management because there its been keeped your databases.

    XoR those and replace.

    I already specified. You need to have in SQL Server Management the account that ur using in global.cfg (also the pw) so you can connect with SCMonitor or Admin Tool.

    Just read what i said little more up.

    Ok i solve the problem with the program, after I will change the user and pass.
    The problem was in my Hex editor, I change it and the SCMonitor is working when i change values.

    ok one question

    I need to change the port to 1433 in SCMonitor.

    Where is the port in hex editor?

    1433 to 9979 and I fix it.
