for spawn an sp you must be on the place where the sp will appear like kasistar have already say
for auto spawn use the admintool to configure it.

Hi here you have all locations for SP

Strategic point locations - EP3 update - GameHelp - AirRivals

If you want SP on ANI map = /summon 2052100 1
If you want SP on BCU map = /summon 2052000 1

If you have lol commands its /lolsummon 2052100 1 for ANI & /lolsummon 2052000 1 for BCU

Warn if you have not configured your server for make 'special sp' on other map like castor, stone ruine or more, you will can't summon it.
