SQL Connection problem

hey guys/gurls, im havin a problem gettin SQL started... i did everything what it said to do but i cant connect. This error keeps showing up ? anything done wrong or missing something o.O ?

Start -> All Program -> Microsoft SQL server 2012 or 2008 -> Config Tools -> SQL Server Configuration Manager
Try to look if you sql server is correctly started.
If it's started and allways show up this error, try to uninstall, delete all files and folder and them reinstall.

Hey Sami i tried reinstalling it but i still don't get it why it doesnt start look
