SQL Problems

I think i've searched enough for long time now.

So i got some problems on SQL which i dont know how to solve them.

1st:
I can't loggin with my IP to my SQL
when i type my IP (which is on the config and TCP/IP) instead of my Server name type also my ID and PW in i'll get an Error.

I've made an Acocunt as Sysadmin like they all told.

2and:
In ODBC i only can get a connection to the Server when i typ in my Server-Name instead of my IP...

I've made all on my Local IP (192.168.0.11)
I also used Hamachi but i got the same problem.

So when im trying to startmy PreServer i get an Config / Global error...

But in my Gloabl seems everthing fine=(
in TCP / IP i also have registeret my Local IP (192.168.0.11) and port 9979

PipNames are also Enabled

so could some1 tell me pls what i should do now ??

would be rly great...

call me a noob or everything..i dont rly care i just want some help pls)
