    shout When asking a question!

While yes, you can get the help you need here to get your own ACE server running, make the changes you would like AND fix any of the problems that would come with doing so, however there is nothing more annoying when someone asks for help but doesn't provide the information needed to give them the help needed.

    Things to consider!
    1. There are log files for a reason, if you're having a problem with a particular server, paste the RECENT log file in some code brackets. - They help those who want to help identify the problem and how to help you.
    2. Make sure the question hasn't already been answered before! - Almost every problem you may run into has been run into by someone else. Make sure you have a good read around before asking.
    3. Do not just demand team-viewer support. - These problems can be fixed by yourself, perhaps with a little guidance, but be polite when asking for help and patience is key.
    4. Seriously, remember to post logs. Along with your explanation of what's going wrong, error logs give a clear view as to what's going wrong.

To many these seem obvious, but when people are frustrated by a problem, it seems they will forget to do these simple things.
    Post logs, restore justice!

    Thanks.
