How to get or gain gems

I've recently setup a COC server which seems to be working well... I can open the game and play... I've restarted the server and client, my current games is right where I left off...

My question is, is there a simple way to get more gems... I don't want to have to pay or charge, I'm looking for a simple way to vote or daily cron to get more over time...
