Fully converted from Chinese, and fixed the PvP score bug in the editor. Uploading to a separate release topic because some Chinese players will probably WANT to keep it Chinese.

@Stunn Hahaha, you better, this translating is a pain in the ass, I have to try and discern from the hex code what DB queries it's running so I know what values it's pulling, so I know what the text label is, :P. I don't even have a WORD to translate to English, I'm having to go off functions, haha. But at least it works.

The whole top part of the tool is now translated to English. More updates will follow.
