hmmmm actually i didnt complete it so im not sure about it if contain other info but im pretty sure it for controling the ui , also according to where u can find these files (most in ui folder) and according to its binary structure
its remind me with textual NUI File Structure of rappelz game and according to a file of 1KB i noticed that a file contain as i explain a panel which contain sub-object

Hello. Lastfun alredy fix c9.exe to creat char whith lvl 1 rights.

This error (content unavailable) arises due to the fact that the client is not in sync with the server
in this particular case, the error in in C9Character_CostumeData (packet CreateCharacters)
my decision will be considered temporary (it is not the best solution)

increase char creation you should look at TblAccInfo

The exe is fine theres nothing you need to fix

about the name if i understand u , you cannot use [] directly from the game but you can rewrite it in the DB ->C9World ->pcInfo as i remember
