[Release] Source - Simple C9T to CSV Converter

Hi all,

Found another simple but good release to share with you all. There's no mention of who made the project, so I give credit to ________, . This project comes with a compiled version (found in C9Tools\bin\Release) you can use if you don't want to modify source. This is purely a C9T to CSV converter, nice and clean.

NOTE: This requires Visual Studio 2013+.

You can export all C9T files to CSV to get things like IDs.
