You guys are right. Client doesn't seem to care at all. Client logs the fact that file doesn't validate but loads it anyway. So guess launcher is the only thing that really cares about it. Kinda feel bad for missing something so simple...

i dont get it , the launcher always stuck after checking launcher.exe
the rest of file got checksum error

any idea ?
