Do you also have problems with your mount? Some can't be ride on.

is that after character selection.
if your IP is correct in ifconfig
try to adjust your vm ram and processor
and monitor your server till 200 eval.
mine got an error after gmonce.ini, so i need to stop the first attempt and start for the second time. no need to restart the server just stop and start.

Thats because their .nif are from different versions.

I see on my server and i have that error :
