[Tutorial] How to edit Items Stacking Limits

This tutorial also fix the Auto-stack bug on @epetry123 release. :)
1. Open S_Item.ini
2. The 28th column is the stack no. of the item(s). You can find the ID of the Item and edit the stack limit of it.
