Connection issues

Getting this error when trying to connect !

I am unsure what to do at this point and i've come quite far.

So i managed to fix the issue by redoing the entire thing on VB buuuuuuuut now i have
an issue where if i try to create a character , after selecting my Eidolon the game basically
hangs at this screen forver https://i.imgur.com/hOgwEIt.jpg
