Need help with this error

hi i need help with this error as i have no idea what it is and how to solve it. i got this error after i try playing a aura kingdom private server that is name serenity kingdom. i try to talk to the dev of the server about it and he suggest me to wipe my laptop and reinstall the game after wiping the laptop to see if the problem persist. i only encounter this problem for this server only and no issue on other official game or other private server game. i have included the screenshot of the error and i hope someone can tell me what's the problem and how to solve it.
