Nif Conversion

I've succesfully converted nif from 20.3.1.2 to 20.3.0.9 using genz method
1. Build Nifskope using QTCreator
2. Hex those 20.3.1.2 to 20.3.1.1 using block_names_nif.xls
3. Convert 20.3.1.1 to 20.3.0.9 using Nifskope
Almost all the files have been converted except these files

It shows these error even though I've hex edited them to 20.3.1.1 which works on other files
