Question about obtaining server files

Every once in a while there are new releases for server files, but how are those obtained?

Also, how exactly do you get the newest server files from TW/HK? I notice AK.to is able to continue updating with newer content even though there aren't releases published (that I can find).

Somehow someone is able to get the server files and share it (or in the private server's case, use it), so I'd really like to know how >>

I use to work as a Moderator/staff on Aurakingdom.to and when i spoke to the admin she basically said, when we were discussing how the server get the new updates hit faster then English retail. "We wait till NA Get content then we release a little bit later, making them think we are limited to what NA server has, but we are actually inside X-Legend taking files straight from the latest source and translating it then putting it onto our server."

Basically someone on the inside X-legend selling it/leaking or keylogged one of the computer and stealing it.

Is that the only way, or is she somehow able to access it on her own? I'm curious how she (and the Vendetta guy) get updates for Aura Kingdom and Twin Saga now, if getting it is so reliant on leaks.
