Question about Quests

Hello Everyone,
i want to ask , how i can camplete all the quests/missions or complete for example quests untill lv55 is there a way for that in navicat or ? , because i want to try housing system and i cant open the house unless i finish the quest in lv.55 which is this one : https://aurakingdom.fandom.com/wiki/Lv55._Homeowner

So if anyone know anything about that like how to finish the quests or even specific quest which is this one to open the housing system , or if there is another method to open housing system without finish the quest that will be ok also.

i found this command in GM Cmmands : quest <rest_input>,0,,
can i use it to complete/finish specific quest which is Lv55. Homeowner , if i can , how should the commad need to be , becouse i try it and nothing happens , maybe i need to enter the Quest ID , if thats true , how i can get the ID when i have the name of the quest ?

any help please..
