(wanip)can't get pass zoneserver

i really need help on this damn file @_@ zoneserver i follow everything that need to make wanip server to work and it did both of US can login and make a Character and thats where i can't figure out thats wrong on my side i can get in to the game but on his side can't pass the create a Character screen any idea what i did wrong on the zoneserver?
