Harepacker won't export

The only thing it will allow me to export is IMGs but when I export XML it just pretends to load for a second and then does nothing, I've tried downloading the resurrected version thinking maybe it would fix it but it doesn't. I am v83 so there should be no reason for this, I never had this problem before and usually harepacker works for me.

Nope.. none at all
I am running as admin and not using it while Maplestory is open. IDK why it is being like this :'(
