you can just check the origin of skills (V160/170+ Skill.wz) and change them. :)

If your looking for the actual image, it would be inside the skill.wz Just have to look for the actual skill and look in the effects of the skill

Light effect does not exist SKILL.wz
Second one:
Map > Effect.img > adventureStory > stillSkill
