WZ Misalignment of text in chat window

Hello, I am currently using HeavenMS source v83 and I discovered that there is a slight misalignment in my chat text. Is there anyway I can shift the text slightly up? Not sure if its within the UI.wiz or client.

This is a meme Nexon of America created starting version v67 GMS and they never fixed well into the big bang patch.

You need to shift the text up by 1 or 2 pixels with direct client edits (so not in .wz files).

I don't have it for you. This issue is not present in the server I host (v62). Nexon started messing it up starting v67.
