Portal destination

Hi is it possible to client side portal destination

for example i wan to go to special donation point map
is this possible or is not since is only from server issue ?

Portal changes as far as I know, are just wz edited into the portal. You might be able to code it to swap you to a different map, but the easiest way is just by wz edits.
