v83 how do u change delay when damage is applied

im having an issue where damage is shown in middle or at start of animation instead at the end how do i fix this?

I don't believe this is a WZ Editing issue. I believe this would be a packet issue. Not 100% sure though, however if you look though the Skill.wz under the skills you are having problems with the delay will be listed in there. Unless it is all your skills then something is wrong in the source code not the wz files.
