login is easy with new account, but login with old account that have character and create boat, no body ever success for now

I'm having a bit of difficulty following the conversation in this thread. Could someone give me a brief run down as to what the goal here is, and as to what the current problem is in achieving that goal? This thread is just kind of manic to me.
