I will drop yours to my server and test now.
Three hairs from the last rows prompted transaction failed and so many avatars on avatar shop prompted transaction failed too. I'm using your heroescontents.db3 and heroes.db3.
Can't buy wedding dress sets for my vella lol
All inner armor prompted transaction failed too.
I'm using GameCode 50393116 on my ServiceCore.dll.config

I'm too lazy to add more stuff to the avatar shop. I already gave myself all the outfits I wanted. You could theoretically add every outfit on there.
Did you know you can also add extra customization colors to the customize tables? Custom hair and skin colors, stuff like that. I haven't tried it, but it should be possible. I just edit the colors directly via costume table because I'm lazy.
